Briana Nelson is the heartbeat behind the scenes—balancing strategic vision with day-to-day execution to keep everything running like clockwork. As a trusted Office Manager, she’s coordinated high-level calendars, implemented organization-wide policies, created master team schedules, and streamlined operations to boost both productivity and morale.

​

Currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree (expected 2026) and holding an associate’s in criminal justice from Fullerton College, Briana brings precision, dedication, and heart to everything she does. Her passion for CABWCEI stems from her deep belief in the power of uplifting Black women and creating spaces where our voices are valued and celebrated.

Her words to the next generation: “Never give up. A delay is never a denial.”
